R codes and datasets used in the course "Herbarium Spectroscopy with MicroNIR: theory and practice"

Abstract

The course Herbarium Spectroscopy with MicroNIR: theory and practice is part of the project Popularization of the use of Species Spectral Signature in the identification of trees for Sustainable Forest Management in the Amazon - SPECTRA POP (process no. 01.02.016301.04984/2024-17), funded by the Amazonas State Research Support Foundation (FAPEAM), Call no. 006/2024 - Women in Science, and supported by the INPA Herbarium via MCTI/FINEP/FNDCT Call no. 02/2016 - National Multi-User Centers. The first course was held between April 2 and 4, 2025, at the INPA Herbarium, Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil.
